1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3777cx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3777cx website located at https://3777cx.cam and all associated services, features, content and tools (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 3777cx Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 3777cx platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, payment method, device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3777cx reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents from any User at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or upon reaching designated deposit thresholds.

Documents typically required may include, but are not limited to:

All bets placed on the 3777cx platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport or casino game. In all cases, the following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted at the discretion of 3777cx. The platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet;
• Bets are void if placed in circumstances that constitute match manipulation, insider information or any form of corruption;
• In the event of a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, 3777cx reserves the right to void affected bets at its reasonable discretion;
• Live / in-play bets are accepted subject to specific in-play rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or withdrawn by the User;
• Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic competitions — is subject to the specific market rules set out in the sportsbook rules section of the platform;
• Payout of winnings is contingent on the outcome of the relevant event being officially confirmed by the relevant governing body or independent data provider used by 3777cx.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3777cx platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, have Funds withheld and/or be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or creating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit promotions;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial crime or to circumvent currency controls;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate basis;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Sharing login credentials or permitting third-party access to your Account;
• Engaging in chip dumping, seat blocking, or any other strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.

All content on the 3777cx platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 3777cx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the platform without prior written consent from 3777cx.
